Ziesmer Consulting understands that the role of a consultant is to reach back and extend a hand to help those behind them. I share my knowledge and skills in many areas. These may include diversity, equity and inclusion, improving the education of young children while helping families thrive. I know the importance of empowering people and businesses.
Many organizations use consulting to reenergize themselves. In many cases, a consultant is able to identify problems while offering a different perspective. Often, employees are too close to a problem to identify it. As a consultant I can be a catalyst for change, thus facilitating transformation by asking tough questions and being patient yet persistent.
My expertise is serving others. Whether it’s in government, non-profit and private sectors I create tailored strategies for each client. My mission is to empower clients, impacting the lives of children and families, consequently creating successful communities for all.

Furthermore, through my expertise in anti bias research and implementation I am able to work cross culturally and communicate with diverse audiences. I facilitate strategic thinking and move ideas forward through the planning and management of projects, developing programs and policies consequently building organizational capacity.
