I work with clients who have a passion for excellence. My belief is that dedicated people are THE difference makers. I see projects as opportunities for passionate partnerships bringing projects from merely dreams to reality. I deliver quality customer service, while maintaining a high level of transparency and authenticity.

The role of a consultant is to reach back and extend a hand to help those behind them. Whether it is diversity, equity and inclusion or education and helping children and families thrive. I know the importance of empowering  both people and businesses.

My expertise is serving others. Whether it’s in government, non-profit or private sectors by creating tailored strategies for each client. My mission is to empower clients. I hope to impact the lives of children and families and in the process create successful communities for all. This can be done through group trainings, one on one consulting and coaching as well as team coaching.

I facilitate strategic thinking and move ideas forward through the planning and management of projects, developing programs and policies and building organizational capacity.

Through my expertise in anti bias research and implementation I am able to work cross culturally and communicate with diverse audiences. As our communities become increasingly diverse, it is important to maintain an awareness of our own bias and how it affects the communities we are working with. Awareness and self reflection is an important piece of this. I am able to skillfully maneuver this space and mentor others as they continue on their own journey of self reflection when it comes to bias.
